Latest version , Dump xml not back to Mono on import. soi guess it’s bug cannot import that.

import dump xml to resources.res.assets, (data.unity3d) and it not re-compressed on older tool version, bcoz i try on 1.9.9.3 but other game it’s re-compressed.
